We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in its original packaging.

• Include all original accessories and materials.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sovnovashop@gmail.com. Please include photos of the issue so we can review your claim and provide a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items

• Products that have been used, damaged by misuse, or are not in their original condition

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing or transit and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
